REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1.       After you have an AAU membership #, you will go to coachoregistration.com

2. Click “Enter Meet” and create a Coach O account with your membership #.

3. Select the events you wish to enter.

4.       Print a copy of your registration sheet.

5.       Take entry fee to set meeting place in Arlington during previous years.
